Renovation of a 130-year-old wooden shingle façade

In Wichtrach (BE), we were commissioned to renovate the 130-year-old façade of a listed building. We provided the following services for this direct commission:

• Overall planning, including organisation of other necessary trades, e.g. scaffolding and painting work

• Assistance with submitting an application for financial support from Swiss Heritage Society

• Renewal of the round shingle façade with round shingles made of Swiss spruce wood

• Restoration work and renewal of various wooden decorations and balcony cladding
