We were commissioned to renovate the over 100-year-old façade of a traditional house in Sumiswald in three stages. The old wooden shingle and Eternit cladding was removed and the façade was restored to its original condition with wooden shingles.
We provided the following services for this direct commission:
-
Overall planning, including organisation of the other necessary crafts
-
Renewal of the façades with round shingles made of Swiss spruce wood
-
Renewal of the extension roofing with board shingles
-
Restoration work to preserve the roof soffit, etc.
-
Renewal of the boards on the balcony railing
